Abbiamo Pasta Company was established in the spring of 2013. Abbiamo translates to “We Have” in English. Construction began on May 28, 2013 and on March 11, 2014 we began producing pasta.

Our Press is an Automatic continuous short goods production line with high temperature drying process able to produce 4,400 lbs/hour of short-cut products. The Press is able to produce 30,000,000 lbs of pasta a year.

Our silos were manufactured with high tenacity, non-toxic polyester. They are breathable to prevent condensation and product agglomerates. Light, extremely resistant, non putrescible, they are equipped with a practical galvanized steel framework. The silos are pneumatically loaded and the stored semolina falls by gravity as the flexible walls allow for regular emptying.

We produce a wide range of short good shapes.
